Any good tomato-free and vegan Thanksgiving entree recipes?

Hey guys,

Too many dietary restrictions in the family for Thanksgiving! Any ideas for a tomato-free vegan Thanksgiving entree or even a side dish? Preferably something I can cook at home to bring to the family to reheat after a two-hour car trip.Any good tomato-free and vegan Thanksgiving entree recipes?
Mix some veggies like cauliflower, potato, carot, add some millet and parsley to it, and bake it. Basicly you can put any vegetable you have.

Than you can cook kidney bean - put some carot, potato, bean, garlic, onion, chilli. Believe me, it's delicious.

And you can make a nice fruit salad with season fruit.Any good tomato-free and vegan Thanksgiving entree recipes?

make corn carrots and peas and take sweet potatoes and mash them and add brown sugar and cinnamon while mashing
