What are some spices typically used in Thanksgiving recipes?

A list would be fine. If you can, list two that complement each other What are some spices typically used in Thanksgiving recipes?
In turkey stuffing: Sage, Thyme, Rosemary, with onions.

In pumpkin pie: Allspice, Cloves, Nutmeg, Mace.

In hot apple cider: Cinnamon, Cloves. What are some spices typically used in Thanksgiving recipes?
Cumin

thyme- in stocks for gravies

all spice-for desserts for desserts

nutmeg desserts or a touch added to spinach mixed with a small amount of turkey liver is divine

cinnamon- for desserts like pumpkin pie

Salt obviously

Fresh ground pepper- much better than the cheap pre-ground crap they sell in the stores... Buy whole peppercorns and crush them yourself under a large knife or put them in a coffee grinder

sage- good in stocks for gravies

onion, apples, garlic, shallots, rosemary- good when combined and stuffed inside of turkey
Thyme is used in most thanksgiving recipes. Personally, if I were to season a turkey, I would use ';Poultry Seasoning';. Cheaper and more cost effective buying it premixed AND it's addictive. :)
