Hi, I usually have about 10 for Thanksgiving and have two menus.

Deep Fried Turkey with cheesie potato casserole, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, brown %26amp; serve rolls, jellied cranberry, deviled eggs, filled celery and pies.

Baked Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, green bean casserole, brown %26amp; serve rolls, jellied cranberry, deviled eggs, filled celery and pies.

Someone brings the celery and pies, and we have whatever anyone else might bring (deserts and appetizers).

Best of luck with your menu!Anyone Have Any Ideas For A Good Thanksgiving Menu and Recipes?

I have two ovens which helps out alot. I also take any help offered by my family to bring some of the dishes that travel well. You may want to deligate some of the dishes to your guests also. It will take some of the stress off of you.

Good luck and remember the holiday is about family, not as much the food!
I won't try to suggest particular recipes until after the menu is decided - it takes too much time to type them here. But I'll give you some suggestions on the menu. If you want recipes later, either email me or search Y!A because a lot of recipes have already been given.

I'd love to be having 15 people. You can offer so many more dishes. There will only be 3 for me this year and one is a very picky eater and another just doesn't eat much! Anyway...

You might consider both turkey and ham; some people also have lasagna; mashed (white) potatoes and a sweet potato casserole; good ol' green bean casserole; broccoli or other veggie without sauces; biscuits with honey (or gravy) and dinner rolls; jellied cranberry sauce and cranberry chutney or cranberry salad; fresh relishes (you can stuff some of the celery with peanut butter or butter and blue cheese creamed together); lots of turkey gravy and maybe a raisin sauce for the ham; apple pie and pumpkin pie with homemade whipped cream; a cake or cookies; coffee, tea (hot and iced), water and milk. Cocktails or wine is a personal choice.

Hope you enjoy your Thanksgiving.
