Thanksgiving recipes!!!?

My close family is going to be at my house for Thanksgiving and I was the day to be a special one because we don't see each other that often. I wanted to know what I should cook for the family to make it special?

Marshmallow Sweet Potatoes





RECIPE INGREDIENTS:


3 large sweet potatoes, cooked until tender, or 1 29-oz. can of sweet potatoes


1 egg


1/3 cup sugar


1/2 tsp. cinnamon


1 tsp. vanilla extract


2 cups mini marshmallows


1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the sweet potatoes, egg, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes. Empty the mixture into a 2-quart ungreased baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Top with the marshmallows and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE


INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)





* 2 (14.5 ounce) cans green beans, drained


* 1 (15.25 ounce) can white corn, drained


* 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup


* 1/4 cup dried onion flakes


* 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese


* salt to taste


* ground black pepper to taste


* garlic powder to taste


* 1 (6 ounce) can French-fried onions








DIRECTIONS





1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).


2. In a large bowl combine green beans, corn, mushroom soup, onion flakes, cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish.


3. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Sprinkle fried onions on top and bake for a few minutes more, until onions brown.


HOME MADE THANKSGIVING STUFFING


INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)





* 1 1/2 pounds ground sage pork sausage


* 4 onions, chopped


* 2 stalks celery, chopped


* 6 cups crumbled cornbread


* 6 cups cubed soft white bread


* 1 cup chicken broth


* 2 eggs, lightly beaten


* 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning


* 1 teaspoon steak sauce


* 1 tablespoon salt





DIRECTIONS





1. Place the sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Cook, breaking sausage apart with a fork, until evenly brown. Set aside, reserving pan drippings.


2. Mix onions and celery into skillet, and cook in the pan drippings until browned. Drain remaining drippings.


3. In a large bowl, toss together the sausage, onions and celery, cornbread, white bread, broth, and eggs. Mix in poultry seasoning, steak sauce, and salt. Stuff turkey just before roasting.






My mom makes a delicious corn pudding. This recipe is pretty close to hers (double for more people):

You Need:


Potato Rolls (they are just like regular rolls)


Roast beef from your deli


Provolone Cheese





Put the roast beef and cheese on the roll.


Then, microwave for 30 seconds. DELICIOUS!!
