I am a Pesatarian which for those who dont know what that means i do not eat meat or chicken or turkey..but i do eat fish and sea food... but it sucks because i dont know what to what on ';turkey day';
my mom hates the fact that i dont eat turkey so she doesnt know what to make so shes willing to cook something without meat!
BUT I NEED HELP FOR RECIPES!!What are some good thanksgiving recipes for Pesatarians?
They can eat this as a side dish and for you it can be the entree.
Tuna Casserole
Italian Style Tuna Casserole 鈥?Family Circle
Bake at 350掳 for 30 minutes.. makes 6 servings
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
2 cans (7 1/2 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp mixed Italian seasoning
1 envelope or tsp instant chicken broth
1/2 cup boiling water
1 package (4 oz) mozzarella cheese, sliced
1.Combine macaroni, tuna, tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in a medium size bowl.
2.In a 1-cup measure, combine instant chicken broth and boiling water, stir into tuna mixture.
3.Spoon mixture into a 6-cup baking dish.
4.Top with slices of mozzarella cheese.
5.Bake in moderate 350 degree ov4en 30 min. or until bubbly-hot and cheese is melted.

Tuna Noodle Casserole
From: Campbell's Kitchen
Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 25 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's庐 Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp. chopped pimentos (optional)
1 cup frozen peas
2 cans (about 6 oz. each) tuna, drained and flaked
2 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions:
Mix soup, milk, pimiento, peas, tuna and noodles in 1 1/2-qt. casserole. Bake at 400掳F. for 20 min. or until hot. Stir.
Mix bread crumbs with butter and sprinkle on top. Bake 5 min.
Tip: This recipe is also great using Campbell's庐 Condensed Cream of Celery or 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup.What are some good thanksgiving recipes for Pesatarians?
