To make a really cheap Crab Dip

Use the fake stuff (pollock)

Cut up the ';crab'; into small pieces

Mix with 4 oz cream cheese, 2 tbsp salsa, chopped green onion

Good cold spread on crackers or thin sliced Italian bread

Can also heat it up in oven or microwave

Also very good spread on flour tortilla's, roll up and slice

Good cold, but even better if you put on cookie sheet or foil pan and heat under broiler for a few minutes.
