Pescitarian thanksgiving recipes...?

vegetarian recipes too? Yes, will be serving seafood on thanksgiving (have meat eaters coming and i think by serving seafood,i wont have to make 2 different versions of a meal, because everyone eats seafood who are coming)but other suggestions are welcome!Pescitarian thanksgiving recipes...?
Maybe if you do a platter of varied fish. That way everyone can help themselves. Some people get very 'picky' about what fish they like/dislike.

If you do a big platter of different types of fish-cod, salmon, oysters, clams, lobster, haddock, lemon sole, sardine, tuna etc.

Then in different plates/bowls on your serving table you could put potatoes, loads of varied vegetables and salad and then maybe some dressings at the end of the table.

This way, everyone gets to eat how much/how little and exactally what they like.

I don't have thanksgiving here but at Christmas and other holidays it can get a lil boring with meals just being served. I would much rather be able to make my 'own meal' by having different things to pick from.

Afterwards, you can always just make a dessert that you can serve to everyone. E.G- Peanut butter pie (satisfying and edible for vegetarians as its high in protein.)

Hope I was of some help to you, it was just a fun thought that might make everybodys' meal customized and more fun to eat.

Have Fun!
