I do a broccoli rice dish. It only contains 5 ingredients and is really easy to make.

1 cup of minute rice

1 can of mushroom stems and pieces

1 can of chicken noodle soup *

1-8 oz box of chopped broccoli

8 slices Kraft American cheese**

Cook the rice like directions on the box. Drain the mushroom stems and pieces then put it in a casserole dish and add the rice. Add the chicken noodle soup. Cook the broccoli and drain it add it to the mixture. Then put the 8 slices of cheese on top and melt it about 10 minutes in the microwave. Stir it all together well.

* I don't use Campbell's chicken noodle soup because it makes it too watery. Get like Great Value from Walmart.

** If you use other cheese than Kraft it will make it too watery also, except if you substitute Velveeta cheese instead.
