now that i've finished ranting about immature, ignorant people *cough* I don't know any specifc recipes, but cooks. com has a lot of recipes from different cultures. or if you do a general web search, other cooking sites will come up with ideas to offer. i can think of yummy Polish food (my brother in law is polish) but i don't know how to make it or if it could be served for thanksgiving. since they don't celebrate thanksgiving, pretty much anything you find will work i think. good luck to you finding recipes! hope i helped a tiny bit!
